Announcement of Formation of Newton, Dolbare and Lynch, P.C.

Local attorneys, J. Perry Newton and J. Blane Dolbare, have announced the association of Ruth W. Lynch as a new partner in their firm.  The new firm will be known as Newton, Dolbare and Lynch, P.C.

A native of Choctaw County, J. Perry Newton obtained his law degree from The University of Alabama in 1991. Mr. Newton also has a Master’s Degree in accounting from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Southern Mississippi Honors College. He has practiced law in Choctaw County since 1991 where he currently serves as the town attorney for Silas, the town attorney for Gilbertown and is the municipal judge for Pennington.

A native of Washington County, J. Blane Dolbare obtained his law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2011. Mr. Dolbare also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from The University of Alabama. Since October of 2011, he has been a partner of Newton and Dolbare, P.C. located in Butler and currently serves as the municipal judge for Gilbertown.

A native of Washington County, Ruth W. Lynch obtained her law degree from Birmingham School of Law in 2006.  She is a former Certified Nurse Practitioner, with that degree coming from Emory University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She has been a solo practitioner in McIntosh since 2009.  Prior to 2009, she practiced corporate law in Birmingham.

                “We are very pleased to announce the new partnership and the addition of Ruth to our firm,”  said Newton.  “We are in the process of building a new law office complex in Chatom.  The addition of Ruth will ensure that we continue to provide quality legal services to our existing clients and to expand our current client base.  We will also be maintaining Ruth’s law office in McIntosh, Alabama.  The new law office in Chatom will be located near the courthouse and is slated to open October 1, 2012.“  Newton added.

                “Ruth’s background in the medical field will provide us with additional valuable knowledge to assist us in personal injury and other cases involving medical records and medical issues,” stated Dolbare.”  “Combining Ruth’s years of experience as a nurse practitioner with that of Perry and me will be extremely valuable in working on cases involving accidents, worker’s compensation, and social security disability.  We are excited about the addition of Ruth to our practice and the added benefits this will bring to our clients.”  Dolbare explained.

                Newton, Dolbare and Lynch, P.C. practices in several counties in Southwest Alabama.  As Newton explained, “We have a large client base in Choctaw, Washington, Clarke, Sumter, and Marengo Counties.  The addition of Ruth will allow us to expand into other areas, such as Mobile County through the McIntosh office.”   Newton and Dolbare both stated “We also give credit for our success to our excellent support staff.  We currently have four office assistants who provide invaluable work in our offices.  We will be hiring additional personnel, with the opening of our new office.”   Dolbare stated that their office motto is to provide successful representation to clients through “Honesty”, “Hard Work” and “Experience”.
